I am looking for information on Steve and Susan Bryson. Not sure about births
and dates but they had a daugher Delia Emaline Bryson who was born in 1849 and
married John Henry Dale. Emaline was born in Cherokee Co. and gave birth to a
daughter in Cherokee Co.

Larry and Kathy,
In my database I have an Andrew Bryson(4G Grandfather), b. abt 1785 d.
bef 1813, m. Mary Ann ?
Their sons James(b. 1808) and Solomon(b. 1805) were born in Kentucky.
Could this be the Andrew (you mentioned in Generation #3)that was the son
of Samuel Bryson & Martha Bogle? Thank you.

Billie Nichols-Bennett! My name is Bryson Bennett. I wonder how
many other Bryson decedents ended up as Bennetts? I thought my
fathers family was German.

My BRYSON'S were clockmakers in the mid-1700's in Edinburgh. Does that ring
any bells/chimes for anyone?

Dear J. Tarvin?,
I am responding to a posting on the OK Surnames web site. Attached is a
text version of my Bryson line. Do you know of other Brysons that are also
in this line. I would like to gather the lines of as many Brysons as I
can. Do any of htese names appear in the Bryson heritage of those in OK?

I am trying to track down what appears to be another line of Brysons that have
some similar names, thus may be connected back there somewhere. The more recent
end here is Andrew Bryson b. 1858 and son of Mungo Bryson who probably lived in
Dalbeattie and Edinbouruogh Scotland. Is there some earlier branching that you
know of that would connect these names?

Dear All:
Some volunteers from the society of the Daughters of the
American Revolution ( DAR) have established a wonderful
new program for users of Rootsweb. These volunteers
will do lookups in their database and records if you
think one of your ancestors served in some capacity
during the American Revolution. These volunteers have
more databases that are available to them than the ones
commonly used by the search engines.
The process is fairly simple :
