LONG, he was murdered June 21, 1929, in Weaverville (Trinity County)
California.

I saw a reference in the American Genealogical Gazeteer which mentions
a "Knoblock Cabin Site
in Madera, CA". I have been wandering around the Madera County
Historical Society home page but can find no reference to this. Do you
know anything about this Knoblock Cabin Site?
My great great grandfather, Johann Knobloch/Knoblock, went to the Gold
Rush in the mid 1850's, and died "at or near Hornitos, CA" by 1858.
Since Madera is fairly near Hornitos, seeing "Knoblock Cabin Site in
