This is a fantastic site if you have ancestors from Arizona. I found about
15 digitized birth and death certificates for my neighbor, including her own
birth certificate. She had never received a copy of the original, only a
card.
Hope this helps someone.

Hello Everyone,
It has been pointed out to me that I forgot to add the website address in
yesterday's e-mail, again. The calendar link has been updated. You will find the
link on the main page, which is located at:
http://www.rootsweb.com/~carvgs/rgs.htm
Here is a suggestion: In case I forget to add the site address again, you
could make a bookmark to the site. Then next time I forget, you could check the

Hello Everyone,
I have updated the website again, to reflect the information that I have at
this time for program information.
Additionally, Alan Vanetta gave me the suggestion to include a map of where
Maidu center is, on the Calendar page. I have done so, and also advised
visitors to check mapquest for specific information as to how to get there. Please
check the link on the calendar page, where it says "Directions to Maidu Center".
If anyone has any problems with the information or the new web
As previously announced and now proclaimed, this Friday, March 5th, our library cabinet in the Maidu Senior meeting room will be open to researchers from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Come on down. Representatives from the Roseville Library will also be there during that time to evaluate our collection for possible transfer all or part of it to their library; but don't let that stop you.
See you there.....

On Wednesday evening, March 3rd, the Genealogical and Historical Council of

Pledge Drive. The Council will have this opportunity to promote Family
History Day at the Archives on March 13 and the upcoming National
Genealogical Conference in May to Sacramento Valley residents. Hope you will
be watching KVIE Channel 6 tomorrow evening.
