Alexander, Charles, John & Nicholas Deloriez are all brothers. Their father was Thomas Jacquet dit Desloriers, but his youngest son was Thomas Jr., born in 1771, and would have been about 20 years old at the time. Family oral history has it that Thomas Sr. went back to France (he was From Rouen) around the time of the French Revolution (1789-1799) to claim an inheritance and was never heard from again. So I'm not sure if the Thomas Deloriez listed is Sr. or Jr.

I am trying to find a Catherine MacDonald born about 1861 in either Bayfield or Afton areas of Antigonish County.
I think she may have had sisters May & Christie.
She married James Thompson of Stellarton sometime between when the 1881 census was taken and when the first child was born July of 1882.
Any help greatly appreciated!
