I am a new subscriber seeking info on descendants of Cyrus Witts who m. Mary Edith HALL in 1892. They had 3 daughters: Flossie, Ila May, Olive Jane all born 1890s in Hatchley (LDS source). Flossie m. Stratford Lucas BENDALL in 1910. LDS says son Brock (m. Margaret CARTER) d. in Holland in 1944, and a Male - living. Is anyone researching these names? Are there any living descendants today? HI List Just going over some family members I am trying to tie up. I have Jean Emma Haight, dau of Arby LeRoy Haight , born 1920 In Norwich, Ontario. My grandmother worked for the Thomas Organ Company prior to 1919, although I don't know much about the company. I came across mention of the Thomas Organ Company while researching the Bain Wagon company and the Hay Furniture company - in 1901, the Sentinel-Review published an inaugural edition. I'll take advantage of this quiet moment to ask about Alexander ROBB in Woodstock... I am trying to find the family of Isabella ROBB (b.1815 Aberdeen, d. 1870 Woodstock, On) - my only clue is in her husband's obit in 1886 in the Sentinel Review, which said "to Isabella Robb, ... a sister of our esteemed citizen, Mr. Alex. Jonathan SHERK Dec. 29 1868 Some sources say that the couple moved to the USA and that there were three children-Laura, Jessie and Louisa. Soper Settlement is just outside Fairdale, North Dakota. It no longer exists except for the Cemetery. Soper Cemetery. It was a small community of People mostly Migrating from Ontario, Canada. I do Not have any of your Rush family names in my Family albums. A VERY Good place to look is in The North Dakota Newspapers which most from that era are all transcribed and on line!!!!
