Am trying to locate family members: Fred & Ivy Mercer who lived in Oxford in 1980 (according to Ivy's brothers obit in Halifax). Ivy is my mother's cousin. Any ideas how I may try and find? No current listing in Oxford in 411 as of today. Diane Oakville

My knowledge of Canada is a little sketchy but I know its the right state. I am trying to trace a Henry and Mary Bye who emigrated from England between 1883-1891. Henry was born in Suffolk in 1839 and Mary about 1857. I believe that the Commonwealth War Graves Commission has his son dying in World War 1 giving an address as Goulais River Ontario.
