I am still looking for anything, particularily a picture of John Dunbar (1851- 1916) who purchased the Exchange Hotel in Renfrew in 1895. He operated it until his death at the age of 65 in 1916. I am still trying to fill in some gaps for the following couple: Austin MORAN (b. Dec. 1798 - d. Dec. 17, 1874, Pembroke) and Ann POWELL (b. about 1808 - d. June 21, 1858, Pembroke). They both list their birthplace as Ireland on the 1851 Census for Pembroke, Ontario. Their first child, Bridget Moran, was born about 1832 in Canada. What I'm looking for is a birth record for Bridget (could be Quebec), a marriage for Austin and Ann around 1830 (Ireland, Canada?), where and when they came from Ireland.
