I'm searching for other researchers of the Annovassis. Specifically, I'm looking to find out if Carlo Luigi Annovassi, is the Lui Annovassi who married Amanda Adams Pound. Carlo died in 1911.

Joan: I have copied 25 pages from both the Santa Cruz County Incompetency
case and the Probate case for Francisco Sago, and I will mail them to the
address you have given me. Here is a synopsis of what I found.
Incompetency case #13419:
1) Petition For Appointment of Guardian; copied.
Petition of Norman L. Jones, friend, for appointment as guardian to Francisco

Thanks for this, Patty. I have forwarded your notice to a friend of mine who
is related to the Silva, Silveria, Travers, and Espindola families. The
Travers (Tavares) family has a published book on the family connections, and
a yearly reunion in the Watsonville area.
Tell me how the Rossis fit in here!

Does someone know of a 1899 location called "Agenda" in Santa Cruz County or perhaps an adjacent county? I looked in the location finder for the US and came up with a small place in KY. Perhaps this is it, but I doubt it.

Patty:
Agenda: Formerly a hamlet and a station on the Buena Vista branch of the
PVCRR (Pajaro Valley Consolidated RR) 4.3 miles South of Spreckels and 1.4
miles North of Buena Vista, located between the stations named Seegelken
and Gravel Pit #2. ... The piece of land on which Agenda stood was owned at
that time (1905) by W. C. Craine. However, there must have been a small
settlement there at an earlier date because a Post Office was established
in 1896. Salley [the compiler of the history of post offices]
Does anyone know of the Rev. Mr. Connell of "Christian Church," I believe in Santa Cruz City? Maybe Watsonville. 1881 is the date I think my reference is to. Meanwhile my question is: What is the proper name of this church? Is it First Christian church?
