Hi,Chris,
Lonnie Chase is the one who transcribed the Chronicles and he will probably

They really are the most interesting collection of articles written in the
first part of the 1900s and full of information as well as giving
considerable insight into the attitudes of the times, not only in which they
were written but also about the subject matter.
In a recent revamp of my CHASE web site I have included most, but not all,

I descend from the Chases who lived in Wisconsin 150 years ago. Heman Chase &
family moved from Lewis County, New York to Summit County, Ohio where Heman

their children moved to Wisconsin. First they were in Dane County but
eventually settled in Chippewa County (Cooks Valley). James son, Charles,
moved in his later years to Arkansas with his son, Arthur, my great
grandfather. I know there were other Chases in Wisconsin. Ar

The Chase Chronicles on a CD is now a reality.
Each chronicle is published in its entirety, Jan. 1910 through Jan.
1934, and
includes about 71 issues. They are not in the original format but
the words
are the same.
In addition to the main index to everything, there are also the
following indexes:
Index to Chase obituaries
Index to obituaries - names related to Chases
Index to first names of Chases - alphabetized
Index to photographs
Index to surnames - alphabetized
Index to 1790 census of the New Englan
It is rare to find errors in John Carroll Chase's work "Some Descendants of
William of Roxbury and Yarmouth", however it is heartening to know they do
happen, even to such a meticulous researcher.
Here it is, Peleg Chase (#60) had a daughter Content Chase b. 10 Feb 1734 at
Swansea, who married 12 Jul 1757 one CLEMENT KING.
trouble is, Nathan CHase and Elizabeth Shaw also had a daughter named COntent
Chase (B.5 Jul 1741 in Tiverton) who also married CLEMENT KING a couple days
earlier 10 Jul 1757 !!
