1. Re: Party: Mxmy of Zebcor [1]
Joan, You asked me to take my ship and rescue poor Hazel who's hanging around in Calgary. It's not my ship, but I'll pass along the message to you-know-what. Mxmy gave me a model of a Zebcorian ship last year, but the directions are in a Zebcorian dialect I cannot read so it's still in about a million pieces. I asked him for some help but he just giggled and told me to get my 'ship' together! Regards, Rick

3. Re: Cessna Christmas flight [1]
Wondering if you (you are the pilot, right?) might need to be spelled for a bit on such a long flight, I still have my NZ Private Pilot Licence #6512 which which was issued to me on 5th March 1968. I am rated for Cessna 150, Cessna 172 and Piper PA28. I learned to fly in NZ from a sheep padock, with the Otago Aero Club, and I was the first American to do so. (I'll never forget my first solo taking off over the sheep!) At the time I was captain of a US Navy "Operation Deep Freeze" picket ship based in D

5. Dear Listmom... [1]
Are the two lists to be separate for all Eternity, or just until the hoopla surrounding the Christmas party dies down-- probably next March or April?. If the lists are to remain separate, what will THIS one be used for in the future? I feel a bit uneasy about this because I'm certain there will be a great number of postings which end up on both lists. I like the way the single list was, pre-party, and would hope we could return to that format at some point. In retrospect I only wish we could have l
6. New subscriber [1]

Attention Ross Wheadon rwheadon@mancom.com.au-- your Email bounced posting to the entire list so I am posting to the entire list. 8. Will be There Dreckly [1]
Hello, My lady boss, whom I usually call "She Who Must Be Ignored," has been on my case today so I've only been able to sneak off to the party every so often on breaks. I do hope Mxmy has been behaving himself (or itself). He has just contacted me to tell me he'll be delayed in picking me up this time because, believe it or not, he forgot where he hid his Saucer! He thinks he put it down one of the abandoned mine shafts nearby but he forgot which one. He'd forget all 6 1/2 of his heads if they wer

12. Christmas party music (Sorry, party poopers!) [1]
OK, I give up! I'm willing to sing in the choir. I sing low bass with a range from C below middle C to F above middle C. I only do solos by accident (except in Broadway musicals). We can't do our carolling before the 13th because I have to save my boom power for the two concerts my 60-voice choir is doing on the 11th and 12th--lots of John Rutter (English chap, I believe), who obviously thinks basses can sing like boy sopranos or else he hates them and wants to burn out their larynxes! Everyone is welc
13. Re: Music at St. Michael's Mount: Problem! [1]
Blanche, Mxmy's ship has been used to transport some of the rocks used to build Stonehenge, so I don't think there'll be a big problem with your cello. As Mxmy says, "There's always room for 'cello'!") Rick

17. Re: Researching the following BRAY-SANDERS [1]
Noelene, (Great name for the season, by the way), do you have any idea where in Cornwall your BRAY ancestors were from? I can tell you about the Bray entries in the Quethiock db I maintain.
