I am trying to contact JESSE T COULTER. He was in the Air Force at Offutt, Nebraska in the early sixties. To make him aware of a reunion of his fellow Comrades July 23-24, in Omaha, Nebraska Maybe some of you COULTER genealogists have him in your files.
