Does anyone have information on the Coulter's who lived in Nebraska, Washington County, Kennard and Blair area. There is a cemetery that was family (Brewsters), north of Kennard, and there is some Coulters buried there. Cemetery hasn't been used since perhaps the 1880's. Hi Janet, Martin Kolter came from Germany and landed in Pa. in 1750. He married Catherine Rosanna Boone abt. 1758 (cousin of Daniel; son of Squire) daughter of Joseph Boone. The 1st record of Martin in NC is found in a land Grant from King George III dated 1765. I am trying to either find a connection to this family or to disprove a connection to John Colter of the Lewis and Clark fame. Thank for any info and I hope we can find a descendent willing to be DNA tested. Looking forward to hearin
