Lynne, Thomas was born 1814 in County Armagh of Ireland, but had married (1840) in Dumfermline, Fifeshire to Elizabeth Small in (1821). this may be connected with other members of the family at the time. Thomas farther's name was John, a soldier in Armagh.I am serching for more information on John. George

To:Ilene Bodnar Your reply to Lynne Coventry was most interesting. Wouldn't be surprised if there's a connection. I haven't been able to get beyond Newark NJ., 1850: G-G-Grandfather. Had no luck with immigration records of Canada on Cindy's List but, feel that's a very good possibility. Haven't delved into geneology since reunion Aug 2000. Need to get started again thanks to the Msg Brd. (By the way, I have a daughter, Illena)--close, huh?...and...there are William, James & George in my line...also
