My great grandfather was from scotland...I think around glasgow. I know he had a brother named walter. I wonder if they are related.My great grandfathers name was alexander Nicholson Coventry.

Looking for anyone with links to thomas Evitts a railway guard aged 37 in the 1881 census who married Maria both from Coventry. They moved to Bolton and later to Tyldesley sometime before 1866.

Looking for info on my great grandfather. He was from scotland and served in ww1
Can anyone help me with further information on these Coventry and Croxton
families from Cheshire and Liverpool?
My GG grandfather Joseph Coventry, was born around 1806 in Neston, Cheshire,
and was a farmer. He married Ann Croxton, born around 1814 Hoylake,
Cheshire. They married 17 September 1835 St Martin, Liverpool. Ann's
mother may have been Margaret Croxton. I have no other info on them.
They had my G grandfather, James Coventry, born 5 February 1843 in Hoose,
Wirral, Hoylake, Cheshire. James was
