Hi All, Does anyone have any clues as to "what happened to" William DAVEY born about 1836 in illinois, son of Winstead DAVIE & Anna WILLARD? In 1864, Union County he was wed and possibly priorly in 1858 in DuPage County. Sorry, I have no information on the DAVEY/DAVIE Family. 1860 US Census gives a William DAVEY in DuPage County illinois. My ggg grandmother was Christina Davie/Davy. She was born about 1800 in Stirling, Scotland (near the old castle of that name). She married James Kirkwood, Sr. about 1819 in Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland. They had 7 children. Christina died about 1843 in Missouri. Does anyone know if she is connected to any of these 3 branches that you speak of? Thanks ~ Gloria
