Hello list,
I've updated my website with not only my own family information, but also
some data that I've put together to hopefully help others. Here's what
you'll find.
1. Of course my family info with copies of documents such as those that I
found at the National Archives in DC in my great great grandfather Louis
KIRCHER's (born in Weinsberg, Wurttemberg) Civil War Pension files. Included in those
papers are sworn statements made by friends to aid in the pension eligibility
research.

I am looking for any information on the Eaves family in and around Fredrick
Co., Md.
My grandmother Ruth Elizabeth Eaves was born 1915-1920 in Fredrick Co. There
was at least one sister Evelyn and one brother ( name unknown ). This is all
the information I have.
Any info will be appreciated !
Thanks,
Debbie

Married to Margaret (?) Born circa 1799. Seven children born after 1819, Alice, John, Richard, Roger, Sarah, William Eliza, Louisa. Living at 30 Juvenal Street at time of the 1851 census.
Hoping someone has a link.

Does anyone know which family they descend from?

does anyone have a schedule of the events at the Eaves family reunion at
Myrtle Beach weekend of Aug. 6? I would like to go but will not be staying
at the designated hotel (I have a vacation home nearby).

IN FT. WORTH AS SHOWN.
THE ASSOCIATION HAS BEEN IN EXISTANCE FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS. IT'S MAIN
PURPOSE IS TO FIND CORRECT FAMILY LINES BY SHARING GENEALOGY.
WE HAVE FOUND SOME VERY INTERESTING CORRECTIONS - IN EAVES LINES WHO

Lois, I was not interested in DNA project as no male person to test.
I have removed all my notes to condense this report from 15 pages to 5 for
ease.
I am confused with the Lewis Eaves portion, shown as #8 on this report.
Most people have the Lewis and Nancy marriage and children, yet I believe that
he had another son by Martha ?
Their son was William M Eaves, shown as #10 on the report. I have William's
death certificate stating his father was Lewis Eaves, mother unknown. The
1880 census for
Barbara-
We only check y-DNA - which is only collected thru a male with the surname
of EAVES. That is the only type DNA that is usable for ancestry name
study - which is what we do.... So, it would have to be a male relative - by
the name of EAVES.
If you want to send your EAVES records via postal to be looked at by our
EFNA members at the reunion - which is 2 weeks from today .... you can send
them to -

I too am in the same situation,
67, not a direct descendant, not able to travel to TX and have quite a few
Eaves that I have gathered thru Ancestry.com as well. Could I send my list?
There is a living Eaves descendent, she is 78 this year and wants nothing to
do with this research, she is my mother's half sister. MY Eaves are GA and
AL and there is some confusion as to the great grandfather.
Thank you,
Barbara

Hi Tonia -
Sure - we can do that.
Where are you located? - How far back do your records go?
Where did your records come from? (i.e. word-of-mouth, census, wills, land
records, military, birth-marriage-death records?).
There are usually people at the reunion that have been researching for many
years - and bring lots of records. Also, I have access to quite a lot of
records thru ancestry.com. I have researched myself over 30 years....
mostly in northern states. (I am an Eaves by marriage.)
We have a v
Gideon M Glaze married Lavina Turley in Jefferson Co, Mo in 1853. I
believe Gideon and Lavina had children Serena and Mary D but I can find
Gideon in no other records.
Where did Gideon come from and where did he go?
Who were his parents?
Anyone else working on the Glaze families in the Jefferson Co area during
the 1850s?
Thanks and Happy Hunting
Bob R
