Looking for info on John Eller listed in the 1900 Rowan Co. NC census as 70 years old with wife Polly as 65 years old. They have a 12 year old nephew living with them, his name is Robert L Wise. Nancy Eller was born Nov. 11, 1945 in North Carolina to Henry Eller and Elizabeth Biegirst (could start with a Z - the writing on death cert. is difficult too read). She married Issiah (various spellings found) Rogers (son of Ben and Ruth Rodgers) Sept. 18, 1871 in Taylor Co., Iowa. She died Apr. 8, 1925 in Huthinson, Reno Co., Kansas and is buried in Raymond, Rice Co., Ks. The informant on her death certificate is Mrs. J. R. Vanoy Key of Hutchinson, Ks. Child

Eller, died May 29 (no year given and none anywhere on the clipping) It sounds as though he might have been a brother to American Elizabeth Eller. She read bits and pieces to me over the telephone. Brenda, I don't know if I can help, but I have census from Fayette Co., IL up through 1900, also the marriage records up to about the same time. Let me know if I can look up something for you. I'm from the Eve Eller/David Crotser line that also ended up in Fayette County, but I haven't really done any Eller work in that area. They married in Rowan, then Eve was in Fayette by the 1830 census. I think David died shortly after their arrival, because he is never listed in Fayette Co. He died Intestat
