My greaat grandfather, Charles (Edmund or Edward) Eller was born in Germany 22 Aug. 1855. I suspect he arrived in America through Philadelphia. He lived in Williamsburg, Brooklyn with wife, Elizabeth Schmidt Eller. They had two daughters, Bertha & Augusta. Charles was a barber. Would love to make a connection.
