Does anyone know if this "Eller Family Book" contains any information on this family? I wouldn't mind paying for the book if I knew it contained information on this line of Ellers. This couple's children were Martha (1832), Franklin (1835), Cleveland (1838), Henry (1839), Rufus (1843), John (1845), and Peter's mother w

I have tracked down a Peter Eller in Wilkes County, NC. However, he was born in 1805 and his daughter Martha was born in 1832. I believe that it is possible that the ones you are looking for may be descendants of the ones that I have. I am in East Tennessee and Asheville is not that far away, so we have a lot of acc

Don't know if you realized this, but from your email it seems you think that Asheville, NC is located in Ashe County. This is incorrect (although I could see why you'd come to that conclusion). Asheville is actually located in Buncombe County. Buncombe County is located in the south wester

Lots of us are interested in this line, myself included. I'm still looking
for proof of Rosannah Eller who married John Conley Dyer in Rhea Co., TN. I
believe she is from Peter's line. Moses Eller married John C. Dyer's sister Leah.
Moses ended up in Illinois with some of the orphaned children of Rosannah &
John Dyer.
I believe John & Rosannah may have died in about 1850 (big cholera epidemic)
somewhere between Rhea Co, TN and Jackson Co., AL (just follow the Tennessee
River) but can't find any proo
