Hi Michelle My Mother's Aunt a Mrs Albina Fauckner,known as Beenie; was born in 1873 at 9 Shoot Row Redruth.Beenie's father was JOSEPH FAUCKNER born 10 Sept 1847 in Redruth and married in March 1869 at St Euny Church Redruth to a Miss ROSE ANN CORNELIUS who was born 1Jul 1849 in Redruth.They had 2 sons and 5 daughters. Hi Dave Do you have much information on the Cornelius family? I have a Mary Ann Martin Cornelius marrying Charles Tonkin Gray. Mary's father is Martin Cornelius, is there a conection with Rose Ann?? Hallo Caroline, My maternal GG Grandfather JOSEPH FAUCKNER married a MISS ROSE ANN CORNELIUS in March 1869 at St.Euny Church Redruth. ROSE ANN was born in 1849.ROSE ANN died 31st May 1930. ROSE ANN's father was MARTIN CORNELIUS born in 1820 (Exact date not known ) and he married a MISS FRANCES FRANCIS in 1825 presumably at ST.Euny Church Redruth. MARTIN CORNELIUS's father was a WILLIAM CORNELIUS but when he was born/died and married I don't know. Hope that fills in a few gaps for you .From Dave S

Hi, My name is Kelli Grose and I live in Australia. I am tracing my family tree and have done so back to a Charles Grose from Redruth. I would like to purchase a copy of his death certificate, if possible - but I can not find out where to get it from or how to go about finding it. Hello Everyone. I am trying to trace my ancestors of the Dunstan family. They moved from the Redruth area to Ulverston Lancashire before 1867. What I have found out about them is they consisted of Henry Dunstan and he died in Ulverston aged 42 in 1867 and he was a miner. Hi Michelle, While I am unable to help with your specific enquiry, I do have ancestors born in Redruth and ended up in Ulverston, rather a coincidence I think. Details as follows:- John Lisle Jenkin. Born in Redruth 1827 He married Jane Matthews and left for Chile in 1854, returning to Redruth in 1875. While in Chile a son, John Francis Jenkin was born.
