On the 31st day of October 1783 a meeing of the inhabitants of the hundred of Samford at the Swan at Washbrook formed an Association and Subscription, for the apprehending and prosecuting of offenders. the subscription was Half a Guinea (52 1/2 new pence). Which parish did I find the paperwoprk under at the Record Office. No prozes but lets see who can get it right I'll provide the answer tomorrow Ken .

So no takers it was iin Holton St Mary.
