1. Re: [FARRELL] FARRELL Digest, Vol 3, Issue 104 [1]
I have trouble finding my Farrells in New Orleans. My ancestor is John J. "Jack" Farrell, born in New Orleans about 1860. I believe his parents might have been James Farrell and Ann McCue, but I cannot prove that. Jack died in 1903. He left behind his wife, Mary Swords Farrell, and two children: Ellen Edna "Nellie" Farrell and Joseph Farrell. Any ideas, anybody? I have quite a pool of resources for anyone searching for someone and I = will be more than happy to share what I have. Hopefully someone else on this = list might do the same. Personally I could use some help with local Irish history. My grandfather Michael O'Farrell
