I could use any information on these brothers. William T. FLOYD married Joyce Vickers children David B. b. 1832 Alabama and James Vickers FLOYD b. 1838 Alabama. Elisha and William T. were found in Houston, Texas in early 1830's owned a hotel. Elisha FLOYD is found 1850 Grimes County, Texas with sons Charles E. & William. Hello, The only info I have on my grandmother is the data in the Social Security Death Index in California: Grace Elizabeth Floyd born 3-11-1907 Birth Place - SC and Died 1-25-1953 CA I found Grace Floyd living with a friend in Richmond VA 1920 census - I have an old postcard from the same address so I know that is the correct Grace Floyd She married Edward Davis from Alexandria Va. around 1926. I am looking for information on William Floyd, b. in Georgia abt. 1802 according to the 1850 Mississippi Census for Choctaw County. He married Laura Ellen Williangham about 1836 possibly in Alabama. Her family (John & Rebecca Tyler/Taylor Willingham) were living in Montgomery County, Alabama about that time, I believe that they were living in Troup County, Georgia prior to the move. Monroe Floyd bn SC md Lucy BARRETT bn 1855 Calhoun Falls, Abbeville County, SC. Both are in Hart County, GA when they marry in 1882. They have maybe nine children. Need everything on these two.
