Carolyn and Wayne, it takes my dial up AOL 25 minutes or longer to download
the newsletter. Peter will send you a snail mail copy if you have trouble
with it. Mary Landin

My dial up does it all right, do you have a PDF reader? It is free, if you
need let me know and I will send you the web address to get one. You have to
have the reader to load it.

My dial up will not load the newsletter. Would you please send mine snail mail.
Thanks, Carolyn
I had ATT Worldnet dial up service for a long time. When ATT and Bell
South Merged Bell South agreeded to offer dsl for 10.$/month for at
least 3 years. It is not the fastest service in town but it sure
beats dial up. This has not been advertised much but it is out there.

I'm not aware of sending you anything about the newsletter. What did I send? This is a genealogical group I belong to but they only announce about the meetings, etc.
Hope you are well and finding lots of stuff.

Not to belabor this point, but I have tried unsuccessfully for years to get
DSL where I live (SW Hinds County, near Utica) and every time I ask anybody,
including Bell South/AT&T, they say it is not available. Been going on for
years.
