Nowhere on the website where I purchased FTST did it say when the product was released. And, the website still does not tell you that FTST will not work for Legacy 4.0 Check for yourself: http://store.yahoo.com/whollygenes/supertools.html Legacy 4.0 has been on the market for about 6 months.
