Wow, thank you for all the ideas on printing! Thanks for the tip on the other lists, but I figured I needed to find a US group who understoon Kinko's:-)) I will re-download Kinko's File Prep Tool. I used it in the past with a regular poster size chart, and it worked beautifully...since this is a movie poster size chart...more data, etc. Thanks for the hints also on downloading the printer driver for the Designjet..hadn't thought of that either. I tried to print a family tree at Kinko's recently and when it didnt work like it used to, I was told that Kinko's had new software that wasnt working as well as the old one. I'm going to try to redownload the Kinko's file prep tool and see if that helps. Beverly Howard

Hi, I have never been able to use the Kinko Prep tool to prepare charts but successfully printed 85 X 30 chart but capturing the file as a JPEG then converting the JPEG to a PDF then sending the PDF to Kinkos. dj

Hello all, Not even sure if this is the right list, but I could not find one for just Visual Chartform. I've printed a medium poster size chart before with no problems. Now, I have a 40"w x 26"h chart, and no matter what settings I pick under "Print" (I am using Kinko's Print Prep Tool), the chart comes out on two pages. I've tried these settings under the Custom Paper setting: Portrait, 40"w x 26"h Portrait, 26"w x 40"h Landscape, 40"w x 26"h Landscape, 26"w x 40"h What am I doing wrong if I want to
