3. [FTST] Unexpected File Format Error [1]
Greetings, I'm using Family Tree Super Tools Visual Chartform V 2.0. I can open files that I've created within the last week or two without problem. When I attempt to open files I created several months ago, I am greeted with "Unexpected File Format" and I am unable to open the file. I've tried some obvious workarounds .... even installed the software on another computer .... to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks for any assistance.
