Have you in the meantime upgraded FTST from version 1.0?
The VC2 file format changed between versions of FTST (as far as I can
remember). There is no way to open those olde
Hi Robin,
Thanks for the response.
I don't have TMG at all. I MIGHT have created those older files with the
demo version (complimentary version) before I purchased the product??
I'm fairly certain that the demo version was not V 1 but I'll check into
that possibility.
Thanks for the idea!

Greetings,
I'm using Family Tree Super Tools Visual Chartform V 2.0.
I can open files that I've created within the last week or two without
problem.
When I attempt to open files I created several months ago, I am greeted with
"Unexpected File Format" and I am unable to open the file.
I've tried some obvious workarounds .... even installed the software on
another computer .... to no avail.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for any assistance.
