Could someone spell out the specifics of this DNA research -- who, what, when, where, why and how much, please? I would like to post all the information on this project on the Descendants of William Frierson Fulton I web site (they are descendants of David Fulton of South Carolina). I so enjoyed the info from the Proctor's about William Fulton, so I decided to share Paul Fulton's will. These Fulton's were located in South Carolina & Georgia. (Copy of will from Randy Lewis . Note at the bottom of page is from William L. Fulton. There is a book, "History and Published Records of the Midway Congregational Church, Liberty County, Georgia", which is about the Fulton family.
