I checked the Barrow County Georgia Cemeteries book and did not find a listing for Paralee Rowe. There are two Annie Allens, but one died as a child. The other is listed as Annie C. Allen 3 Sep 1870 - 21 Jun 1972. I would suggest you call the Barrow County Probate Office (770-307-3045) and see if they have a death certificate for Mrs. Rowe.
