Hi All!
There has been a new link added to the website for Camden County. It is in reference to Early Tax records of Camden County from 1794 through 1809.
B. Pierce has transcribed the records for GAGENWEB and has put these online.
Many of the original settlers are listed.

MOTHERS FAMILY TREE
Mother: Nancy Aderine
Terry Kimsey Floyd, 57, of St. Marys passed away at his home Monday,
Dec. 12, 2005.
Floyd was born to the late Roy and Kate Floyd of Jasper on Oct. 16,
1948. He was a resident of St. Marys for the last 19 years.
He graduated from Oxford College of Emory University in 1968 and Emory
College in 1970 with a Bachelor of Arts in history and was a member of
the Sigma Chi fraternity. He received his Juris Doctorate from the
University of Georgia School of Law in 1973 and was admitted to the
Georgia Bar Ass

Doris Ann McElroy Grantham, 88, of Kingsland passed away Dec. 9, 2005,
in Jacksonville, Fla.
She had been a resident of Kingsland for the past 52 years coming from
Coffee County. She retired in 1980 after 26 years from Kraft Bag
Corporation. She had spent her latter years in Nassau County, Fla.,
under the care of her daughter Katherine.
She is predeceased by her husband, Roy Grantham; brothers, J.C. and
J.W.; and sisters, Louise, Hazel, Evelyn, Mozelle and Ethel.
She is survived by her daughters Kat
