You are correct in saying "should have a record", but that is not the case.

If you have access to old issues of the Northwest Georgia Historical & Genealogical Quarterlies you will find the surveys of these cemeteries. They were surveyed by Raymond G. Floyd. I copied mine at the Georgia Archives. Didn't find too much at the library last year in Summerville (just names of cemeteries and locations mostly).
The ones in the Northwest Georgia Quarterlies are all 7 Sections of West Hill Cemetery in Trion as of Feb. 1983.
