Have info from book on Ranger's that he was oldest of 4 sons of Tom & Jemina Davis & that all 4 served during CW & he was one of 3 who survived. Book also says (My) Nancy was their Sis. Says he wed C.Rebecca Gaddis,8/31/1849 & by 1860,they had 3 kids. Have his Pension Papers & will post them to rootsweb's Pension Project,asap.
