For those of you interested in the Deerfield captives taken to New France in
1704, I have added a map showing the probable route of their march. It can

Please note that most of the route is that recorded by Rev. John Williams of
Deerfield. At the White River the war party split up into several smaller
hunting parties, so it is not clear how all the captives moved from the
junction of the White and Connecticut rive
