I am puzzled by the negative response and so I am looking for suggestions on what other resources in Quebec I might use to find her birth record. Elmira decends from: Ignace Bourget m. Marie Catellier and had Ignace Bourget who m. May 5, 1874 in St. Clair, Canada Cedulie Lachance, and they had Elmira Bourget (mentioned above).
