It's been quite awhile since I've sent out an update, so I thought I'd better get on the stick.

The results for the Gilbert line of mixed ancestry I mentioned yesterday came in today. Family Tree DNA reports that this Gilbert line is in Haplogroup B which tells the participant that he is definitely of African descent. Here's what Family Tree DNA says about Haplogroup B:
