If you knew what county the person was born in you might start there. Also, are there any older living relatives that might have this information, but have never told anyone. Also if you knew the name of the hospital, you might start there, or if born at home, the name of the midwife or doctor.

Hello: Thank you for your prompt reply. Even though I have no idea if my Hackett family is related to the Cornelius Hackett on your ancestor's ship, it would be fun to read the will. Last year I attended a Hackett 125th annual reunion, held in Wisconsin Dells, and they were not related to me (to my knowledge). H

Sorry for my late reply. I have no connection with the name "Hackett" but I did come across a PCC will written on 30 Sep 1759 by a Cornelius Hackett while he was in the Falmouth Hospital on the Island of Antiqua. He was a crew member (Royal Navy) on the HMS Berwick at the time.

I am very interested in this message. It lists a Mary Hackett as a sister,
living in Youngstown. My grandfather was Charles Hackett also originally
from Youngstown, then moved on to T.H. until his death in a railroad
accident in 1926. Do you have more information about Mary's husband or any
of the Hackett family?
Also where were you able to find the information on the Youngstown
Vindicator? I have never heard of it and am very anxious to learn more
about it. My Youngstown connections also includ
