I am looking for any information regarding James Hackett, wife Bridget, children are John, Maria and Lawrence (my great grandfather). They came from Liverpool on the ship Constellation on October 24, 1849. With them on the ship was another family of Hackett, I am presuming that it was James' older brother and family.

Hello Erin Bradford and a heartfelt thank you enormously much for the
message regarding all genealogists adding a codicil about their heirs or
administrators "finding a good home" for what is sometimes thousands of
hours of research.
I was once at a "Yard Sale" in Santa Barbara's upscale suburb of
Montecito where I saw the young man -- the heir -- had piled boxes and
files of old family photos and memorabilia on card tables in the garage
and driveway for sale for to all comers for 5c, 10c or whatever
Hi all. The "Genealogy Depository" for the Barringer, Black, and Bradford
surnames has been updated. I still need to update the other surname, and
hopefully that will be done at the end of next week. As some of you may have

main folder. What I did was create sub-folders for every surname (ex:

Hi all, it's your friendly list manager here :o). Someone on one of the lists

passing this on.
