the Hacketts in Buckingham Co. in the 1920, 1910 and 1900 census? Do you
have Vera's death certificate and obituary? Any idea of where Hampton and
Vera were married?
Did Vera's parents move from PA to ND to VA? When, where, why & how? Finding
out might help you figure out where Hampton & Vera were married.
Have you checked birth, marriage, death, land, probate and court records for
Buckingham Co.? Get the birth certificate for H

Hi Rob,
My Hackett family went to Manchester circa the mid 1890s. They were Edmund
and Bridget - the children ( grown up by this time ) were Edward, James, (or
Thomas ) Alice and Margaret. I haven't been able to find any more about
Edward or James/Thomas. Also the 1901 entry for Bridget adds further
queries - she is in Darwen with other Hacketts. Is there any connection to
your Hacketts?
Best wishes - Rosemary.
