While messing around with Alta Vista today searching for references to Castlearmstrong, home of some Church of Ireland Hacketts in the 19th century up into the 20th, I came across this discussion in the Irish govt in 1931. This was part of the Land Commission and ended in the house at Castlearmstrong being demolished and the stone used to make a road.
