Hello all,
I just want to send my family info out again to see if I can get a
response. I apologize to those who have already seen it all but I still
haven't been able to get my family back to Ireland so I'm hoping for a
break-through. I also apologize for the amount of info I have listed
but I'm really hoping to get some responses and I was afraid to leave
much out.

For those of you who have HistoryChannel on your cable or satellite
service
(or who have friends with VCRs who do), a two-hour program called Family
Tree will air Monday night at 9 and 1 eastern. It is indeed about our
hobby
(which I've thought for a long time now would make a good fit for the
History Channel....)!

How do we reply to these? MUST we go to the message board?
I often have ideas for people's research but do not have the
time for anything but clicking reply.

Hello lists. After the tragedy of last week, I was lenient on
letting people post off-topic, but now I'm getting complaints from
one of my lists and they need to come to an end. I am disturbed by
the events of last week, but it's not about that, I have made it
clear in past messages to the list that off-topic messages are off
limits. Because people are complaining, I am asking that you no
longer post messages about the events of last week or any other
off-topic message. If you feel that you want to post
Hi, Folks,
This is a message I got last February. The Jay is Jay Glanville
who has a nice web site on which he lets us other Glanville researchers
post our people. Since my Glanvilles married Hacketts, there is stuff on
there about Jane Glanville marrying 1810 Thomas Hackett of Bracca Castle
(in Westmeath, but mostly the family was in Offaly just across the border).
Sean has found Bracca info on Jay's site. Thought you might
enjoy this info.
