Am looking for information on my earliest known Harp ancestor, my ggg grf William Harp was on 1820 Knox Co Tn census b 1775 NC (later census rec give 1777) He lived in the area of Knox Co that became Whitley Co in 1818...There were 2 women in the household with him on the Whit Co census Sarah b 1781 NC & Elizabeth b1785 NC...which was his wife? this in 1850..by 1860 Wm was in household of his son Elijah, my gg grf.... Hello All, I am new to this list and am wondering if anyone has a Harp/Broas (Bross) marriage. I am searching for information on Nancy Harp, believed to be the d/o Benjamin Harp, who married George Broas and had a son George E. Broas. Nancy Harp is my children's 3rd great grandmother.
