Hello folks I'm going through the whole Hartrum Family Tree in an attempt to find every census page for every individual -- many are/were missing due to poor indexing, etc. I just found the 1910 census entry for Albert NOE & Josephine HARTRUM & family, and it contained a surprise! For their daughter Ottie May NOE, I previously only showed one husband -- Elsworth Hayes BALL. However, the 1910 census shows Ottie married to Porter HANDLEY (for one year), *and* that she had a previous marriage of 12

Hello all you quiet folks . . . Preble County, Ohio, records show a marriage (by a Justice of the Peace) between W.E. HARTRUM and Mary C. JORDAN on 17 May 1883. This record contains no further information. :-(( The only male Hartrum that seems to fit (by age and locale) is William Elmer HARTRUM, born in 1860, who married Pearl Belle WHITE in Sauk, Wisconsin, on 29 Oct 1889. This was Pearl's second marriage. Does anyone know if these were the same Hartrum or if this was William Elmer's second m

To Dave and all the others of the Hartrum clan: Received the DNA test kit, took the very simple test of swabbing the inside of my mouth and then placing the sample into a vial and sealing it. Easy to read instructions and a return envelope provided. Postage about $1.30. Sent the kit back last Thursday and was notified yesterday that it was received. I was given a personal pin #. I took the 67 marker test because it will be of the best use to all of us. I could only afford the 25 marker test, but
