Trying to locate parents and siblings of Jacob H. Helms, born Mar 1849, MS(according to census records.) He married Mary E. (Parker??) circa 1870. On the 1870 census, Jacob and Mary are living in Lawrence Co., AR. 1880 they are in Franklin Co., AR. 1900 the family is in Sebastian Co., AR. Known children were: Ida F., Mary T., Cora, and Rose Etta. Jacob died in 1942 in Mansfield, Sebastian Co., AR. He is buried along side his wife in Buggy Hill Cemetery, Mansfield, AR.
