This is incredible. You wouldn't believe the resemblance between Samuel and my Uncle Carl Hupp. I can't thank you enough. My grandfather was Fred Hupp who lived in Adel and had a truck garden north of town. Fred's family was from Creston. At an antique show in Springfield OH,i found an old CDV photo album with several of the people identified. Below are the list of names and my guess as to who they might be. Most of them lived at least for a time in Shelby Co IN:

Hello all. Although this is not specific to the surname lists, it is very
important genealogy wise. For those of you on more than one list of mine, I
apologize for the cross posting.
As I think many of you know, I work at the State Library of NC. We get notices
from time to time from other libraries across the state and this is one we just
got of a theft that just occured this past weekend. PLEASE help spread the
word so everyone is aware of these documents and can report them to the police
if they see
