Hello all -
A previously-unpublished regimental history that I have edited and annotated is now available from the Press of the Camp Pope Bookshop:
"Vanishing Footprints: The Twenty-Second Iowa Infantry in the Civil War" by Capt. Samuel D. Pryce.
Containing more than 50 photographs, eleven maps, bibliography and index, this unit history is a compelling look into the experience of fighting in the Vicksburg and Shenandoah Valley campaigns - but also a peek beyond the battlefield at the day-to-day life
Not much available but civilwardata.com shows the following.
