I'm looking for a copy or transcript of obituaries for George O. Trusty, Jr. and his wife Selma Olive Nelson Trusty.
George died March, 1981 and Selma died Jan, 1978.
They were living in Ionia.
Can anyone help?

I would think that if there was an account of it that the Nashua Reporter would have it. However, the online Nashua Reporter does not cover years 1961 or 1962. If you haven't already, you might try contacting them at Nashua Reporter, PO Box 67, 216 Main St., Nashua, Ia. 50658, (641)435-4151.

I googled Little Brown Church+Ray Charles. There was a very brief reference in a link on the 150th anniversary of the church that said the late Ray Charles sang at a wedding in 1942. The date could be a typo and that was all it said. Hope this helps a littel.
