I don't have Charles Dunn in my files. The Dunn family is married into my
husband's Foster and McGee families. The Andrew Dunn listed was born May
22, 1813 in West Virginia. His wife, Sarah Miller was born October 20, 1817
in Monroe County, West Virginia. Andrew died June 17, 1880 in Drakesville,
Iowa. Some of their children were born in Decatur County, Indiana. Maybe
this would give you a place or time frame to find the Dunn family in
general.

I am looking for any evidence of Clarence Wesley Dunn born in
Bloomfield,Iowa 1868/73. His father was Charles Dunn, mother may have been
Ellen--.
I'd appreciate any leads or advice to finding some record of them.
I have a picture of Charles Dunn and his 3 brothers , Samuel, George and
James. It was taken in studio with Bloomfield on the back.
Thanks for any returns at all.

Looking for any information concerning James P. Rector who died in Davis
County 1853 and/or his sister Elizabeth Rector Gallaway. Both probably
living in Perry Township/Bloomfield. I do find James P. 1850 census, his
sons 1860 census.
Are there any newspapers for this area 1850-1860? Cemetery records?

Hi all! I'm back!
Could anyone tell me how I could get the information from a census record? I found an index that I am interested in:

Any ideas?

CLARKE (CLARK)-CAVENDER
I recieved this reference from a listmember who found it in a book:
Charles Clark, m, 33, farmer, born Indiana, R/E Owner; Dianah, f, age 22,
born Illinois; Ann, f, age 8, born Indiana; Emma, f, age 5, born Indiana;
Moses E., m., age 2, born Iowa. Ann and Emma attended school during the year.
I have the obit for Dianah Clark stating that her and Charles had 10 children, only 5 remaining. None of these children are mentioned in the obit. I'm starting to wonder if an illness took them all.
I have a list
