An excellent book to have on hand [or check it out at a large library with a genealogy section] is Everton's "The Handy Book" [latest edition] which lists the names

10. Re: [IADECATU] May Day baskets [1]
Yes, the practice still continues in our little town. This year while my daughter and her daughter were delivering May baskets my daughter slammed her pinkie in the car door while negotiating a quick get-away. Needless to say she wasn't very quick this year. It wasn't broken but sure swelled up and turned black. Just thought I would let you know my recent May Day story. So yes we still do it around here in southern Iowa. Judy ----- Original Message ----- From: "Nancee Seifert" To: <

Oh, by the way, again for Nancy, did you get my email that i sent you a few weeks ago? You didn't respond and I think I may have sent it to someone else in cyberspace
