I have a Simeon Wright who married my ancestor, Mehitable Swett (2nd
marriage for both), in Washington County, Ohio, in 1797. They had a son
named Simeon who may have been born in Indiana or Illinois. It is possible
that your Simeon was a grandchild of Simeon and Mehitable or Simeon and his
first wife, Ruth Dunham. There are a couple of other Simeon Wright lines
that I noticed on Ancestry.com, so this may not be your line, but still it
seems worth bringing to your attention.
