Try the 1915 State census for Kossuth Co. Iowa. It will give you the info
you need. They most likely were buried in Riverview Cemetery in Algona,
unless they were Catholic. The city is in charge of the two cemeteries.
Their phone # is (515) 295-2411. Hope this helps.

Surname: HARRINGTON
-------------------------
Looking for info about a great uncle with the surname of HARRINGTON. He
was supposedly a lawyer in Algona, Kossuth Co., IA, and possibly had the
first name of Timothy. He lived in Algona around the late 1920's to early
1930's. He would have come from New Diggings, Lafayette Co., WI, where
his parents lived in the 1870's. I don't know any age or other year
IF YOU HAVE A HINDE IN YOUR BACKGROUND, READ THIS;
Am still interested in comparing notes, and information, on the Hinde family
with
any descendants of these families that lived in the county in the late
1800's.
The man, known as Uncle Billy Hinde was a brother to my great grandmother,
Martha Hinde Meyers.
Thanks. Ruth Jenkins
Thomas Dailey (1832-1911) came to America in 1848. He lived first in NH then
Oneida Co NY, then Winnebago Co IL (where he served in the Civil War) then
in Kossuth Co where he died and is buried in St Michael's Cemetery in
Whittemore.
His son Frank Arthur, b Apr 1856 in Oneida Co NY, married first in
Winnebago Co IL then a second time in
Whittemore, Kossuth Co. I don't know when he died. He is on the 1920 Census
and that's all I know.
Anyone w/ information?
Thanks,
Nancy Stephenson Guenther
